We all share the same passion and vision
As an engineer, I am interested in everything technical. My passion for wine, ever present, started in Italy working in a restaurant kitchen, pairing wine with food. This led me to the WSET-3 certificate and professional degree at Koblenz Sommelier School.
My real passion for wine sparked In France, picking grapes in the Beaujolais. Over the years it grew and matured and I now hold my SDEN-3 wine license. I am currently studying at the Dutch Wine Academy to become a Vinologist. I like to set my evening with a fresh Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, sur lie, from the Loire valley, or an elegant Monbazillac; for many a dessert wine, for me a wonderful aperitif.
My fascination for wine runs in the genes; many years seeing my father enjoying his wines fueled my own interest and passion. This led me to Terra Wine where I now have the privilege of helping you find your perfect wine when visiting our shop.

After following a wine course in the nineties, I gained a new perspective on wine: it is more than just a drink. So I enrolled at the Dutch Wine Academy to become a sommelier. I am a passionate wine professional and give workshops and advice in several wine shops. I end the day preferably with an aged Riesling, Chenin blanc with subtle oak or a wine made from an unknown Italian grape variety pairing perfectly with the meal of the day.
